Sparky is designed to keep your personal data and local services on your own device.
We process the minimum account and device information needed to provision your box, provide optional support and managed AI, deliver updates, and keep the service secure. Stripe processes payment details for optional subscriptions; Sparky does not store card details.
When you use the managed AI service, prompts and responses pass through Sparky Cloud to the configured model provider. Local device and homelab features do not require this service.
