Simple, optional services.
Your Sparky hardware and everything running locally remain yours independently of any subscription.
Human Support and the managed AI service are separate optional subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. You may subscribe to either, both, or neither. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be managed through the Stripe Billing Portal.
Cancelling Support ends the optional human-support service. Cancelling managed AI ends access to Sparky’s hosted model service. Neither cancellation disables your device, local data, or local homelab services.
Services are provided with reasonable care, but availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
